Phase 2: It’s not enough to interrupt the patterns you are in, this will never fix the problem on it’s own, your pain and conditions will ultimately come back. To stop this cycle, new patterns must be created.
During phase 2 Dr. Josh will walk you through physical training exercises that will transform the way your body responds to stress. These specifically designed movements create new posture patterns. As your posture changes and your self-awareness grows these patterns become second nature, replacing the destructive ones you had before.
